Sean is a passionate champion of the company culture and SUD brand.  He is an enthusiastic mentor dedicated to developing future leaders and employee success throughout the organization.  He is actively involved in a multitude of business and community organizations and is a highly respected thought leader in the industry.

Before becoming Vice President of Operations, Mike formally served as the Vice President of Preconstruction for five years, managing all the services SUD offers our clients and ensuring we exceed the customer’s expectations for each project, large or small. With over 25 years of industry experience, Mike demonstrates extensive knowledge in cultural, institutional, healthcare, K-12, and higher education projects. Mike’s experience and skill set allow him to successfully oversee all projects’ implementation, planning, scheduling, and logistics from start to completion. His ability to forecast and prepare for all possible scenarios helps his project teams maintain project schedules, budgets, and relationships on their assigned projects.

Cindy is responsible for human resources, talent management, training, organizational development and other strategic initiatives designed to effectively steward employee and company resources to achieve SUD’s goals. She is a strategic, innovative and entrepreneurial leader whose career success has spanned the private and public sectors. Cindy has proudly served in senior leadership positions responsible for pioneering strategies to enhance employee and constituent engagement, leadership training and development, talent acquisition and management, culture and change management, marketing and branding, corporate social responsibility, and more to improve organizational effectiveness. In addition, she enjoys being involved in many business and community organizations, is a recipient of the Delaware Business Times Human Resource Innovator Award and is a featured presenter in her profession.

Casey brings a career of operations experience into his role as Chief Financial Officer.  His project experiences and successes set the foundation for his leadership over SUD’s contract administration, risk management and financial systems and controls.  Casey joined SUD in 2005 as an assistant project manager and quickly earned several promotions in Operations on his way to CFO.

Casey’s ability to understand and lead thru complex challenges has made him an invaluable asset to SUD.   He has an innate ability to develop solutions to resolve the most complicated situations.  Casey’s trustworthiness and integrity help him build strong positive relationships with all stakeholders. Casey is active in the community, holding leadership roles in non-profit organizations such as Children & Families First.

Kelli brings a focus on the perspective of the client and is responsible for providing leadership for the Preconstruction team to ensure that client is kept front and center while moving into the construction phase. With 15 years of experience working on the “owner’s side,” developing and maintaining relationships to create exceptional projects has been Kelli’s driving force in her over 35+ year career in the design and construction field. As a registered architect, she provides a complete view in the experiences of project processes, from early conceptual planning through active management of owner occupancy to existing building assessment. This unique combination of experience provides our clients with the assurance that they have a strong advocate for their project needs and goals.

Rob is responsible for providing leadership to our project teams and has an integral role in the company’s Work Acquisition Group. Additionally, Rob has a leadership role in SUD’s business development and operational execution out of our Salisbury (MD) office. With over 30 years of project management experience, including 21 with SUD Construction, Rob provides a unique operations perspective and years of problem-solving skills developed and honed during his previous responsibilities while serving SUD as Director of Marketing and prior to that, 13 years in Operations as Project Manager. Rob’s diverse portfolio features projects successfully completed in several markets including Higher Education, Science and Technology, Hospitality, Department of Defense, and K through 12.

With decades of experience working in a variety of roles in the construction industry, Ron readily serves as a mentor in the development of our next generation of leaders by serving as a Project Executive. He is extremely client-centric and develops long-lasting, committed relationships with clients and trade partners. For the past 15 years Ron has been leading the New Jersey Region on many technically complex facilities in the life science, bio-pharma industries including R&D labs, clean rooms, process installations and manufacturing. Ron will continue to support Owner and Project teams in the New Jersey and Delaware region.
