SUD completed construction on a 275,000 SF expansion to Guardian Drug’s Manufacturing Warehouse Facility in Dayton, NJ. The new 3-story facility houses cutting-edge manufacturing and research capabilities. Spaces include a DEA vault and temperature controlled warehousing, dissolution lab, high performance liquid chromatography lab, ICP-MS machines, Class 1 Div. 2 blending suites, packaging lines, tablet printing rooms, air locks.
In addition to the manufacturing and lab spaces, the facility features a 12,000 SF executive office suite with collaborative workspace, complete with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, five conference rooms, and custom wooden wall paneling. Guardian is a leading producer in over-the-counter pharmaceutical products for drug stores and wholesalers/distributors.
