The River House Development includes a two-phase development comprised of 300 market-rate apartment units along the Christina River in Wilmington, DE. Phase 1 will include the construction of a 5-story building (five stories of wood framing with a partial steel and concrete podium) that will house 150 units, as well as the construction of 77 surface parking spots. The amenity space includes a fitness room, lounge area, business center, and a rooftop lounge and bar area.
